Mr. Wilk has accumulated over 30 years of mechanical design experience in a wide range of Consumer Product development and Government Projects. As a consultant he has applied his skills to many industry leaders including: AT&T, Intel, Seiko Instruments, AST Computers and Mitsubishi Telecommunications.

In 1987 he was approached by Cidco Inc., a start up company at the time, and ask to help bring to market Cidco's first Caller ID product. This product was widely received by customers and was the cornerstone in the establishment of Cidco as a market leader in the field of Caller ID products. Following this endeavor, Mr. Wilk was responsible for the mechanical design of every subsequent product introduced by Cidco in the following 8 years. Included in this were the design and development of two phones including the ADSI Screenphone as well as the design of product test and manufacturing equipment.
Over the years, Mr. Wilk has had patents and patents pending in the area of telecommunications. His ability to bring products to market in an expedient fashion with great attention to the details of a design has enabled many of his product designs to be a great success. His skills include the ability to interface effectively with tooling vendors, manufacturing and assembly groups has insured the smooth transition of products from the conceptual inception through their consumer distribution.
Mr. Wilk formed a consortium of design specialists, Eagle Design, in January of 1987 with its focus on providing to industry comprehensive product design and development skills. Prior to the establishment of Eagle Design, Mr. Wilk had accumulated 15 years of product design experience as a direct employee or consultant to several Bay Area firms. Among these firms were: Atari Inc., E.S.L., Control Data Corp. and GEI Technologies, Inc.
